For over 35 years, Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, a member of CenterLight Health System (formerly Beth Abraham Family of Health Services), has been aiding and enriching the lives of the frail elderly, chronically ill and disabled in Brooklyn through our groundbreaking programs and compassionate care. As a non-profit organization, we rely on you to help us continue to provide the wide range of services and exceptional care we are known for. It’s through the generous support of our benefactors and donors that we are able to continue our mission of providing high-quality health care to the individuals in the community we serve.

You can quickly and easily make a secure online donation via Network for Good by clicking on the image below. You will be able to designate your donation to CNR or for a specific purpose, or make a donation on behalf of or in memory of a loved one.

Or, you can mail any donations by check to:

Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation
520 Prospect Place
Brooklyn, NY 11238

To designate your donation for a specific purpose or in memory of a loved one, please make a notation in the “Memo” portion of the check.

Planned Giving

CNR also accepts planned gifts. If you would like to make a planned gift (stock, will or estate), please contact us at 877-426-7225.

Workplace Giving

Many workplaces offer the opportunity to make a donation to your favorite charity, often as a simple payroll deduction. Please contact your Human Resources Department for more information.

If your workplace is involved in the UJA appeal, please remember to specify CenterLight Health System as the recipient of your support and write “CNR” in the memo section when writing your check.

If you are an employer and your company has a Workplace Giving Program, please consider including CNR on your charity page.

To learn more about how you can support CNR, contact us at 877-426-7225 or send an e-mail to info@cnr.org.

Six years ago, I couldn’t even get out of bed. Boy, have I come a long way.
