We're Here to Help Those with Alzheimer's Disease, and You - the Caregiver

The caring staff at Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation’s (CNR) Adult Day Health Care Programs has extensive experience in managing the special needs of people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Our skilled team of nurses, social workers, nutritionists, and other specialists work in conjunction with each participant’s primary care physician to develop an individualized plan of care, which enhances the participant’s health and well being. When necessary, participants receive personalized treatment in physical, occupational and speech therapy from compassionate therapists.

CNR’s Adult Day Health Care Programs are designed to keep participants mentally and physically active with therapeutic recreation activities that include exercise, music, arts and crafts, current events, modified sports and games.
